The Chameleon Bootloader, /Extra folder, and Legacy Kernel can be found in step 1 of this guide.
The following are required before starting the guide:

A retail Snow Leopard .dmg
A flash drive with at least 8 GB of space
An additional working OS X installation
A nawcom modCD (for users with hard drives that use 4k sectoring
Any Linux LiveCD (for users with hard drives that use 4k sectoring)
